We started using it about 6 months ago for our 10 year old son who suffered from anxiety that was pretty severe, foucus issues, and nervousness. Since taking Phenibut on the advice of our Pediatrician, it has been a miracle for him! He is finally relaxed, no noticeable anxiety or nervousness and he has really been able to focus better in school therefore having a much better quality of life. We tr...

I took Phenibut looking for a non addictive "natural" Xanax. However;I experienced horrible side effects such as a blood pressure drop to 90/50.I was disoriented, dizzy, had a severe stomah ache and I slept for about 15hours.These side effects lasted for about 48 hours.I will never take this again. I went back to Xanax as the side effects were less severe.

Iv dealt with crippling anxiety and anxiousness for the last twenty years and have had prescribed just about everything for it, Xanax, valium, Klonopin, Ativan, after the "opiate crisis"Doctors stopped prescribing these and it's like pulling teeth to get on the dose that I needed they went from say 2mg Klonopin to the lowest dose and it just isn't enough to control panic attacks esc.after alot of searching I was blessed to run into this drug.Im fairly new to it,like my 2nd day in,but it does work,I took 500 mg and went grocery shopping and had 0 anxiety, talk about a new day In my life.My only regret is wishing I found this drug years ago.Read More Read Less

Yes Phenibut is addictive. But I have been addicted to benzos, specifically diazepam (valium) since the 2000s and I can't afford inpatient rehab to get off them. And they're just too hard to get now. I started phenibut in 2021. I take about 750mg to 1000mg every night. THIS IS BECAUSE I AM ALREADY AN ADDICT and I do not drink alcohol at all. Please don't take it this often if you're a young person with a normal life. Someday this stuff will be illegal and I am going to have problems. I prefer Valium but can't get it very often. Also, I am starting to have kidney problems because of this. I continue to take it because it helps me not feel terrible Crushing Anxiety every day of my life. If you have GAD you understand, you will do anything to stop it, just doing breathing exercises doesn't help everyone!Read More Read Less

My son found this crap online like any other teenager can. It has ruined his life and he is going through rehab to get himself off it. I can't believe that something like this is allowed to be purchased in the US. Let me tell you, the people / companies selling this are just as bad as the drug dealer on the corner.

I've been using this supplement for the past 7 years. It's been the BEST replacement for any anxiety or depression medically prescribed treatment I've had from any physician to date. I'm 63 years old and suffered major depression, anxiety, social phobias and was PAINFULLY shy since middle school. Tons of doctors, psychiatrists and therapists used me as basically a guinea pig since my early 20's. I had to find MY correct mg dosage for it. I purchased a scale and weigh every dose I take. Alot of inexperienced (basically) pleasure seekers and nefarious vendors have just about ruined the product reputation from good upstanding vendors for the rest of us. Taking way way too high a dose & or mixing with other chemicals (not researching or caring) and crying to the emergency room doctors about it. Also vendors selling to small convenience stores & gas stations with impure product. So now the FDA may stop it totally in the US! Shame on those people! Lots of others like me out there too! It's a great nootropic. I can't mention vendors but look online for reputable ones! L...M..eRead More Read Less

For me, the best brainfood that i ever take overall. I've take it firstly everyday for 3 months with less than 1g then i stopped for 2 weeks with any sides effects - maybe less motivation and more tired but any crazy withdrawals. When i stopped i has L THEANINE and COFFEE in my possession so they can't help a little. Now i take 1 to 1.5g every second day but i will try everyday again or maybe with 1 or 2 days off after 5 days on. But if you take less than 1g every morning it still work - really good synergy with 50mg ephedra / 50mg dmaa - caffeine. During my trainings i was feeling everyday hot bood passing throug my veins in all my body in direction to my brain kinda like a better version of an masculin orgasm, i was wake up fresh and happy, i has a lot of energy all day long so even if i stopped this combo many time i'm just thinking... Why stopping it again ? ADVICE : TAKING PHENIBUT WITH SOME STIMULANTS IN THE MORNING WITHOUT EATING AND DON'T EAT IN THE NEXT HOUR'S. PERSONNALY I CAME BACK TO A SLOW AND NORMAL REALITY WHEN I EAT IN THE EVENING (WARRIOR DIET) It is NOT like BENZO, in the past i was on VALIUM and this is really not the same feeling on brain. With Valium i has non stop memory losing, here absolutely not. With BENZO u don't sleep as good as with PHENI, i will even say your sleep are getting worse over time with BENZO. And some compare it to BACLOFEN but seriously... Even if the chemical structure in theory are almost the same, practically Phenibut is the real "shit". Iv'e take BACLOFEN 2 times and they can't be compared to Pheni at all. Read More Read Less

Phenibut is absolutely amazing but be warned it is highly addictive I was talking far too much at one point I was on 6-8 grams a day and the withdrawal was terrible when I stopped taking it so if you get to that stage you must taper down slowly and prepare to get lethargic moody and depressed for a week or 2 but after around 2 weeks you will start to feel like yourself again so yeah be careful ppl

This stuff is incredible, but it should come with better warnings. It has put me in the emergency room twice. That’s because it’s easy to go from a therapeutic dose to an overdose. If you take the right amount, it is incredibly helpful for anxiety and sleep, cognitive function, and even energy, but if you take one too many, it could be a very dangerous situation. Caused me to have a car accident. I just started taking it again, and I am extremely careful not to take too much so I recommend it but be extremely cautious. Read More Read Less

This helps better than any other anti anxiety agent I’ve ever taken, I used to take Klonopin and that did nothing for me. It has also helped me to stop drinking. I don’t use the powder, just capsules. My only concern is the l addiction aspect. i only take it 2 or 3 days out of the week @ 1gram. Disclaimer; I’m not a doctor or professional. Never take anything until you’ve done tons of research on it. Be careful of interactions with other meds as well.

This drug can destroy your life. People with addiction issues will be gone in a week. If you do use doses higher than 2 grams you should only do it once a week although honestly it should only be for emergencies.

I am a highly sensitive person who suffers from depression and anxiety, have spent years in therapy and I have intolerable side effects from most anti-depressants. I live for the days I take 1 gram of phenibut 2 times a week because on those days I feel "normal" energetic, happy, motivated and full of life. On the other days, I feel at best very unmotivated and somewhat sad and at worst like life is not worth living.

I use Phenibut according to labeled guidelines (1/4-1/2 teaspoon) a couple times a week to quite good cognitive effect - alertness, clarity of thinking, calm focus, increased productivity. No evidence of dependence whatsoever. Obviously there are a range of experiences related here, probably validating the adage "The dose makes the poison." Follow guidelines and go easy at first.

Brilliant for helping me with occasional poor sleep.Taking it only when sleep had become "thin" or too short ie just once off taking and not every night and a low dose of 200mg .You don't have that horrible feeling after taking Ambien for eg and it seems not only tk give you a good sleep but restore you for the upcoming days or weeks. Thumbs down to all those who seek to stop production of this by far the best sleeping aid I have ever found. Have been taking Phenibut for 4 years now. Works great with no side effect. Calms my anxiety, improves my sleep, and provides me with motivation and an out-going personality. Must be taken in small doses (1,000mg or less a day) and never taken more than 2-3 days in a row. I actually take every other day and I would not call it addictive at all.

Rule 1..addiction dont discriminate! if u use fiendabutt as an un-prescribed anti anxiety medication for 10 or 30 days in a row...buckle up, yer in for a hell of a ridei you wanna stop.... ..ever meeta zanax addict and watch them have seizures when they cant find xannax? Legal or illegally! . You will become addicted to this just like a benzo habbit.! Mind you, the rebound anxiety will be just as bad...if not 5xs worse than ativans rebound...that means the anxiety u tool the med for...whe the med wears off...you get that anxiety back 5 fold! Oh before i jet......jr soon to be neurological patients.... theres only 2 withdrawals thst can KILL you and they both do kill....i dont have enough fingers to count the friends that i had who are now in graves due to benzos and anxiety, no doctor. Suicde feom withdrawals ...oh yeah....... Alcohol withdrawal and or benzos aka xanax or K pins, valuume..are all benzos..or benzodiazipines..thst withdrawal is worse than heroin withdrawal. With that said...... Those 2 drugs ( alcohol and or any benzos) both withdrawals can KILL YOU .and DO kill people allthe time! In fact heroin is actually better on your bodys organs than any hcl and ffa its the cuts and the mixes and the "genius noob drug scientists doing experiments...or so the obits will read..or died suddenly , because saying my kid died because mom or dad i or my husband left the xanax out in the open in the medicine cabinet ..... Do yall UNDERSTAND THAT? Not mixed...benzo and alcohol . ..either or. Please Do not attempt to be a neurological scientific psychonaut and doctor.. yer not..and this reddit proves there's alot of those "not docs" out there. All together .... Read More Read Less

Hi, I'm a guy from Russia (I typed text in Google translator, I don't know English well, sorry) of distant Vladivostok, our life is harsh, it's hard without alcohol and drugs, and here Phenibut comes to the rescue. The drug is medical and is sold strictly according to a doctor's prescription, usually a psychotherapist prescribes 250/500 mg 3 times a day, no more than a month, a break of at least a month. By the way, in Russia, recipes are divided into 2 lists: list 3 (legal drugs, Xanax, Diazepam): STRICTLY on a prescription, if you try to forge such a prescription, they can call the police (psychotherapists almost never prescribe such drugs) and list 4: there is no strictness, you can find and where without a prescription will sell. Bottom line: Phenibut is safe, BUT only in MEDICAL dosages, the dosages above are typical, you can find full instructions in Russian Google, and if you use Phenibut uncontrollably, nothing good awaits you, believe me.Read More Read Less
