My whole family has had remarkable results from using moringa products from Zija. Weight loss because we're being satisfied nutritionally; more energy, focus and concentration; softer skin with less wrinkles; kids are happier, improving in school, wanting to eat more healthily. It caused my blood pressure to go up, I got a rash, it effected adversy both INR and TSH even when I was on it for many many months and had a concol with the formulater. I was told to take many more vitimins and menerials plus add fish and sea food to my diet and when done as directed my colestrol went way. The calcium in the plant (as used by Zija Inc, company) does not warn it is a cyrstal type ... Show Full Comment

The calcium in the plant (as used by Zija Inc, company) does not warn it is a cyrstal type form (not all of it but enough) which does effect the liver. I would not recommend anyone to use this unless they are starving. if you want to feel better exercise, eat a well balanced diet of fruits, veg. and meats. I used all the produced offered by Zija under the advise of a Russ. Once I went off this stuff I got better, my blood pressure went down and I am feeling 100% better. Just needed to make sure I ate multiple times a day. I used to eat very little but only once a day. I also made my own juices from fresh fruit and veggies. Packages do not give just what % of this plant is used.
