I'm a 41 Male. On my second cycle (5 weeks each) of HCG injections and prescription pills for to increase heart rate. I have lost 25 lbs in a month and a half. I've stalled out at 20 lbs twice. Now I'm experiancing dizziness and I guess what is vertigo. I hope it doesn't get worse. I need 13 more pounds to get to my goal weight. This has been my only bad side effect.

I have used HCG for weight loss and the diet is filled with things I love. I ate these foods when I was younger too. No fat and low carbs. I snack on radishes, cucumbers, celery, and eat them in different way. cucumbers and onions with apple cider vinegar, or just plain. Apples, and strawberries too. 4 oz of meat, poultry or shrimp, crab and lobster twice a day. Salad with tomatoes with each meal. ... Show Full Comment

I'm 41, 5'4" and weighed 141. I went to a clinic and paid for the "good stuff" (injections). I did not cheat once--for fear of gaining weight and because I just wasn't hungry at all. Before I was usually craving pasta, BLTs, pizza... I lost 14 lbs (almost 2 sizes) in 26 days, and it has stayed off for over a month. I don't miss or crave food anymore, which is a life ...
