I take 50 mg at times, to help reduce anxiety and boost mental clarity. After work, when I go to Spanish class, my brain is not typically proficient and caffeine late in the day causes insomnia. Sceletium works like a charm. SSRIs that I've taken in the past cause me insomnia and heart palpitations, but I don't have those symptoms with Sceletium.

With small monthly doses fresh from a live plant, I'm the happiest I've ever bee ... Show Full Comment
