I have taken kanna for about 6 weeks now on a fairly regular basis for anxiety and mild depression. I can only say that kanna has completely changed my life. Unlike some other prescription and non-prescription options, kanna started working almost right away. It has greatly improved my overall mood, mental clairity, energy level and libido. I can't say I have experienced any side-effects t ... Show Full Comment

I take 50 mg at times, to help reduce anxiety and boost mental clarity. After work, when I go to Spanish class, my brain is not typically proficient and caffeine late in the day causes insomnia. Sceletium works like a charm. SSRIs that I've taken in the past cause me insomnia and heart palpitations, but I don't have those symptoms with Sceletium.

I suffered from severe depression, to the point where I regularly contemplated suicide. I was an irritable and hostile person, very unhappy. Sceletium changed my life and helped me become not only happier but a more empathetic person. Ever since I had taken this, all I want to do is share it with other people. With small monthly doses fresh from a live plant, I'm the happiest I've ever bee ... Show Full Comment
