Have been taking these capsules since mid October.About 3 weeks ago started getting headaches,chest & head pounding like my heart & head were going to explode with dizziness and a light head.Haven't been able to sleep because of such severe reactions.Stopped taking them last Sunday evening & only started to feel better yesterday.Today I'm almost back to normal.No way to lose we ... There is no way that these tablets can be good for you, i first started taking them a week ago and 15 minutes after my first dosage of 2 tablets I was running to the toilet with a severe upset stomach, throughout the day my stomach was growling and I was in a lot of pain, therefore completely lost my appetite. I started taking this and within 10 minutes or so my heart started racing and i got hot flushes, it took about 3 hours to get back to normal. I left it a few days and tried another capsule to see if i got the same effect. It was exactlybthe same. These capsules are NOT good for you.
