Took Holland & Barrett's own ketones for about a month by which time I was in so much pain in my hips I could hardly walk. As I'm quite fit, running, gym and swimming this was unacceptable. Stopped taking them two weeks ago and joint pain only just starting to fade. Now I have constant headache and my scalp is painful to touch. Will they ever wear off?!!

People who are experiencing jitteriness and abnormal heart rates are probably NOT using PURE raspberry ketones. Their raspberry ketones pill is probably mixed with coffee extracts, etc. Read the label and make sure the only ingredient in there is raspberry ketones (and sometimes vegetable cellulose as well). Also I personally take ONE 500mg a day. The bottle I use says take two but one is enough f ... Show Full Comment
