I started taking raspberry ketones for weight loss and from day one I started to experience terrible restless legs. I was not sure it was the raspberry ketones causing this so i took them for one week the restless legs stopped completely. I then resumed taking them and again about another week later and the restless legs came back really bad again so I've stopped taking this supplement altoget ... Show Full Comment

The raspberry ketone tablets are a complete scam!! Also the colone cleanse is just taking a laxative a day so buy some for £2 if you really want to try it! I have tried different types of weight loss aids and found them all to be rubbish tbh. I constantly watch my weight and like everyone have the odd off day a week. The directions stated "no diet or exercise". I did both. I was on a diet plateau and wanted a boost to lose more weight. No go. Been on it for 4 weeks and haven't lost a single pound.

Bought from Costco when it was on sale. Did not lose a single pound, instead I gained 6 pounds during a 4-day trip where I did not watch my diet thinking I walk over 2 hours/day.
