Though I'd try this after hearing positive reviews for more energy and weight loss. I'm fairly fit already and found this product helpful to shed a few more lbs. it seemed to help with the weight but I started getting heart palpitations and severe migraines!!! Had to stop taking it-the side effects weren't worth it.

I have been taking 1000mg's for approx six weeks. I have been eating within my calorie budget and know my BMR. I try to eat higher protein and fiber and lower sugars. I walk 4 miles or more most days and burn approx 400-500 calories. I have actually gained weight since I started taking these. Is it a coincidence or is something else going on? Anyone else have any similar problems? I think I
