I have been taking these for almost a month and I have noticed im moody, irritable, exhausted and bloated. And even though i am follwing SW diet i have only lost 3 pound. Do not recommend

When I began taking raspberry keytones, I was told it may take anywhere between 1-6 months to actually kick in and start working. Well mine took about a month and within 3 months I had lost 20 pounds.

The RK I got is from Homeopathics Labs. It's not a pill though, it's ultra pure grade raspberry ketone crystal powder. You only mix 1/2 of the 1/16tsp (provided in jar) into water, juice ect twice a day. My energy level has increased, I have no side effects other that using the restroom more often, but I feel that's the best way to clean my body out. I'm not sure why people think y ... I am usually a size 8 but started taking raspberry ketones to lose a few extra pounds before holiday. I didn't lose any weights until I started drinking Bootea with them. The brought my skin out in a red, lumpy itchy rash which lasted for around 2 weeks, getting worse daily! The rash then turned into white spots all over my arms, legs, chest, neck, stomach and face! I experienced a Increase in Blood pressure, sweating and palpitation after consuming the medicine for 2-3 days.I feel it is not advised to take this with people having Heart Trouble ( Blocked Arteries)
