I am only on day 2 of taking the Green Coffee bean pills and I have lost 2 lbs! The only side effects that I have had is having a hard time falling asleep and diarrhea. I have tons of energy and not as hungry. I take 2 pills a day. Today will take second pill before lunch instead of dinner. Hope that will help with the insomnia.
