    I have been following a low carb diet and Hit a plateau that lasted longer than a month. Finally tried green coffee bean extract. I broke through the plateau and have been losing an average of 2 pounds a week since. I have had no adverse side effects. My blood pressure that was was always low,is now lower. My heart rate is low.     I have an extra 15 to lose and have been taking faithfully as directed for almost 2 weeks and have not lost a single pound. That's with eating a healthy diet and running 5 miles most days of the week. I am very disappointed. I will keep trying til I run out but so far, no results!
