I've been taking it for two weeks. For general health reasons I also began a low fat diet, consumed fewer calories and I work out 4-5 days a week for 45 minutes. I have more energy and I'm less hungry but no weight loss. I was at least hoping it wood give me a boost along with my lifestyle change. I'm going to take it until I run out, but not hopeful.

No adverse side effects. In the beginning a little discomfort in stomach, but absolutely no effects now. Helps to maintain my weight. Gained weight over holidays. Lost it very quickly. 2 800 mg. a day. One in morning and one in the afternoon. Drink lots of water with pill. Guess I am lucky because it works for me with no side effects.
