Been taking this for about a week. First night, took one capsule in the morning and one before dinner, couldn't sleep that night. Since then, take one in morning and one before lunch. I have taken them close to 4+ months in the am. I have been getting insufficent sleep for at much of this time. I had though it other reasons...but my wife suggested that I stopped taking them the past week and have been going to sleep efficiently and sleep through the night without waking up and having insomnia for hours. I didn't loose weight.
