    I took this supplement for only two weeks, I would cramp @ 4:30 am..and 5:30 pm.like clockwork for the entire 2week use. The pain was unbearable like labor cramps, my lower abdomen to my thighs..i went to the hospital, they gave me pain meds., gave me some gluecus liquid to clean me out..i paid a few buck for those supplements which cost me over 300 bucks for hospital, an meds..i wish I hadn't ...     I have gout. The pills made my gout flare up. I had to discontinue taking it.

    After 1 month of using this product, I have lost 5 lbs. Easy to use and effective for weight loss with no change in my daily activities.

    At 5'3" tall, I weighed 136 lbs, having gained 18-20 lbs over the last 20 years. I saw DietWorks Green Coffee Bean Extract (400 mg/caplet, containing less than 8 mg caffeine) at Costco and decided to give it a try.
