I took this for five days. Within a week, I have lost 7 pounds, and I weighed 157 to begin with. I am aiming at 140, so hopefully it keeps working. I haven't had stomach cramps or diarrhea as other people complain of. Took 400 mg a day as recommended.

I took the green coffee bean extract and did not feel anything at first. After 2 weeks on it, I noticed I started feeling fuller and lost desire to eat because of it. It took me 5 years to lose 20 lbs. by eating less calories and being a little more active with the help of Jenny Craig. However I could not get below 125 lbs. and was just stuck and in plateau forever. However the green coffee bea ... Show Full Comment
