I started taking this because my doc said more Calcium D would help my horrific leg cramps and foot pain perhaps. This is not what I thought it was and actually drained my body of vitamin D practically and I had to be hospitalized for severe dehydration. I also experience frequent runny stools, and several bloody mucas stools as well. Be careful taking this supplement and have your vitals checked

Comment:
This medication helps reduce, but does not eliminate, my pattern of reaction to xenoestrogen exposure. Unfortunately it also produces anti-estrogen side effects such as hot flashes, irritability, muscle cramps and excess appetite. I am having to use it sparingly and taking an extra mg. of estradiol on days I use it.
