    Made my heart beat very fast. I have high blood pressure and an arrhythmia, I thought this would be ok since it has no caffeine. The opposite, it was worse than 3 cups of coffee.

    I have Thyroid conditions, Diabetes, amd Fibromyalgia. The Red tea makes me feel quite calm and I do think clearer When drinking it. My stomach feels quite cimfortable in drinking it. My over all feeling ng is a good feeling ng of well being.

    Taking it twice a day, my appetite seems more under control and I just feel better, might be the placebo effect I don't know but I'm sticking with it.
