I suffered for many years before I stumbled on this addit ... Show Full Comment

I have tried many types of fiber to ease constipation. This has been the best. It does not change the texture nor taste of food.

I am a registered nurse and well aware of medications and dosages. Instead of bulking and promoting regularity, in me, this product produced frequent and unremitting diarrhea.
