Garlic is amazing..two days straight now..I ate one clove and my BP dropped in 1/2 hour to 130/77 from 152/93. I enjoyed a similar drop yesterday so I took readings before and after today to confirm the result.

Used garlic and chlorella together with great results. Take garlic in the morning to prevent heartburn. Chlorella can be taken at any time and have not had a problem. They work well together.
