Yes it works for hair and nail growth but it will have your skin with so many zits you that you will quit. I had so many pimples and I tried using them for about a month thinking that the zits would stop but the popped up everywhere. Unless you pick healthy hair and nails over pretty ski, than I don't recommend this

Still got brittle nails, my face brake out in acne and I have very itch hair scalp.....was not a good experience for me.

I am taking 5000 mcg of Biotin per day. Gradually over 3 mo. my finger nails are strengthening, although they still have ridges and crack on occasion.

I had problems with my thumb nails splitting vertically. After using biotin daily for three months, I saw significant results
