    My blood glucose level hit a high of 128. Since I have always been overweight, I was concerned about becoming diabetic. I started putting cinnamon on my blueberries and cereal which I eat most mornings, then some time later started adding a supplement each morning and evening.     I had High triglycerides 480 for over two years my Doctor prescribe fibred medicine and that gave me mussel pains I had to go to a chiropractor for months of therapy.     I was told by my doctor to try cinnamon bark tablets to help my tremor and after having tried many stop prescription drugs over the years I was amazed how cinnamon worked the best! I would definitely recommend it.it has given me confidence to go about every day things that I was struggling with before taking it

    I have had IBS for years. Lots of gas and pain. Since I started taking cinnamon caps twice a day not only have ALL my symptoms gone, but about the same time I started taking them I caught a really bad cold.
