I had leg cramps and I take half cup before bed at night, no more cramps in leg or feet.

Comment:
Developed horrible leg cramps that lasted 5 to 15 minutes. Not just in the calf or thigh area but also in the foot area, the front and rear of thigh, and the calf and shin areas. Tried taking magnesium tablets, calcium tablets and potassium tablets as an early evening regiment before bed, but still could not control cramps. 1 30c homeopathic dose of cinchona produced malaise; muscle aches and headache. treatment was given for biliary dyskenisia. gall bladder became further irritated.
