From a woman from Slovenia, I bought a black radish, cut off the top 'hat', scooped out a hole and filled it with a tablespoon of honey, put it in the frig and drink the expelled juice daily. adding honey often. When it shrivels I start a new radish. It cleared the mucus and sinus drainage (along with pygnogenol) that had me coughing throug the day.

Comment:
I used Spanish Black Radish to help remove the dead yeast while treating an intestinal yeast condition. My symptoms have improved and there have been no side effects. I am not sure how effective Spanish Black Radish is, but I do trust that my doctor chose to suggest that in addition to my Rx for a good reason. As mentioned... symptoms have improved, although they aren't gone.
