I was researching natural medicines on the internet and found that Lady's Mantle along with Shepherd's purse could possibly slow down the bleeding. I also have 3 fibroids so that doesn't help. Going through a rough perimenopause with LONG bleeding (two/three months nonstop)finally bought tincture at Health store. Few drops in warm water and BINGO things began to slow up. No clots for 12 hours now and just took some more. Down to one pad. Fingers crossed (or legs) that this holds. But it seems to work great.
