I have Fibromyalgia as well as diarrhea-causing colitis. So I am unable to take ibuprofen. MSM has worked surprisingly well for the overall pain.

I just started M.S.M for many different reason from arthritis,fibromyalga,chronic constipation to name a few, kind of last resort,please let it relieve something

I bought the MSM pills one day while in Trader Joes because of the hair issues I have been having but was unsure about taking them but I kept them in my work bag for 5mos, 2 wks ago going thru my bag they dropped out and I decided to take one, googled the reviews on MSM and was blown away with the great reviews. WHEN I WAS WORKING DOING YARD WORK MY BACK HURT EVERY MORNING, IT WAS STIFF. THE TASTE IS NASTY, THE RESULT WAS WITHIN 2 DAYS. I USED THE HORSE STRENGTH.

I have been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and Epstein Barr over 8 years ago, with the Epstein Barr being diagnosed last year. I will turn 37 next month.
