I have had seborrheic dermatitis for years, and it was getting worse...the itching, soreness, and oozing on the back of my scalp was awful. No success with doctors...and forget the prescriptive shampoo or topics they didn't work and of course...$$$.$$ I read about MSM and tried it. I have been taking MSM since 2001. After foot surgery, I had pain in my foot and in my hips that the doctor originally prescribed Vioxx. Of course that was taken off the market and was expensive. I read about and tried MSM and it has worked for me. I take 4 grams twice a day. I weigh over 200 pounds, 6'3" tall. If I miss taking the capsules I start having pain in my feet, ankles, knees an ... I have had fibromyalgiadx since 2004. I use methadone low dose 3x s day for horrible leg pain, maddages 2x mo mindfulness, etc. However I still had all over achiness. I started taking 2000mg of msm 2x a day. It's only been 2 weeks and I find an incredible relief of muscular achiness. I have more movement as a result and my mood is better. A friend gave this to me for my degenerative disc and fibromyalgia, I am in constant pain with my back, can't sit, stand long, etc., injured a finger, the tendons, this is the first time in 4 years I have had any kind of relief from the pain in my back and body, and have been able to move my finger again. Nerve pain. Unbearable. Right Arm. Started taking two tablespoons in warm water. Tasted TERRIBLE. Hard to drink. It cleared up the pain in a day! Comes back if I stop for too long.
