I started taking the powder for pain in my knees due to artrhitis, i could not take it long enough because i started getting cramps in both my legs and feet, and nausea i stoped taking it and immidiatly stopped too bad because i am allergic to glucosamin

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and decided to not take any other drugs for it other than paracetamol for pain and really give this a try for the 3 months they suggest at half a teaspoon per day. It had no effect at all,I have concluded it is a bit of a scam.

I have been taking MSM ordered from Vitacost for 6 months now... on a scale from 1-10, my pain subsided from a "8" to a "6" by the end of the 2nd month. My arthritis pain is non existent while taking MSM. If I forget a few days it comes back. For me it is a miracle supplement!

With an arthritic knee and getting older - various aches and pain to include lower back ache and arm aches - soothes the pain almost immediately. Use a lotion - not taken orally.
