I have been taking 8g (2 tsps) of crystallized MSM from Hard Rhino for 8 months. It reduced my joint pain by about 50% and helps reduce seasonal allergy symptoms, too. But an added bonus is that my fingernails, which used to be as soft as paper, are now hard and shiny. My hair is noticeably shinier and there are fewer grey hairs, and my skin is clear and soft. I have been taking pure MSM 3grams twice daily. I no longer wake in pain and stiff. I can move and my joints don't hurt as much. They are not completely healed but I feel more energetic, sleep better, my edema has disappeared and I don't feel so bloated and full all the time. I feel it has helped greatly. I have been taking msm for 3 days and don't have swolen hands anymore. Also when I get out of bed I can walk and not be as stiff as a board. Great improvement!!

I started taking the powder for pain in my knees due to artrhitis, i could not take it long enough because i started getting cramps in both my legs and feet, and nausea i stoped taking it and immidiatly stopped too bad because i am allergic to glucosamin

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and decided to not take any other drugs for it other than paracetamol for pain and really give this a try for the 3 months they suggest at half a teaspoon per day. It had no effect at all,I have concluded it is a bit of a scam.
