    double dosage/2x's daily and add Ester C (or any vitamin c) Makes MSM work better. I always add to my smoothies or take orally with a glass of water - bitter tasting. I use the powder, cheaper than capsules. Recently strained my back. After first dosage, pain almost relieved. Took second dosage same day. The twice a day is necessary for new injury.     I have arthritis8 in my hip and morning pain is so bad i can barely stand and stiffness beyond words. I noticed results immediately. I been taking this with vitamin c for a week now and from day 1 i been sleeping better and wakeing up less due to pain.     Pain has deminished in my legs,knees, back. But I am experencing some destention in my stomach. it is too early to blame it on msm. I may be taking in too many calories. Msm has increase my appetite.

    I take non shell fish glucosamine called AVOCA. It contains MSM, glucosamine not from shell fish, soy and avacado oils sapofoniable. I take 1 pill perday with food for maintenance; had started with 3 pills per day. It is incredabely excellent. At the same time as taking the AVOCA, I take 600 mg of chondroitin sulfate (you can get this made from rooster combs, not shell fish). Excellent for many ... Show Full Comment

    for some reason I became nausiated about 2 hours after taking the glucosamine HCI with MSM. I am allergic to sulfa drugs
