Web MD has the worst review of kombucha I have ever seen. I am disappointed. Kombucha is wonderful for everything (yeast, stomach issues, energy, infections...) I also brew it at home and it is very easy to keep it not contaminated and tastes wonderful. It is like a miracle drink and no one should believe the things web MD says about kombucha!

I have read the warnings, but I have found that the benefits far out weigh the risk, I feel wonderful, I have severe menopausal mood swings, and drinking the synergy drink has helped me so much!! I feel great and have no intention of giving it up!

This is FOOD. It heals the gut. It doesn't cause stomach problems....unlike the drugs you guys love so much.
