I have used Linden tea to help with anxiety and insomnia. It has worked wonderfully! My doctor is skeptic but he had seen the difference. I wake up more energetic and ready to tackle the world around me.

I had difficulty sleeping due to anxiety. By drinking a cup of tilo linden tea i have been sleeping great. Its my remedy to calm down. I shared it with my daughter which experienced constipation and now she has regular bowel movements. Also sleeps well since she suffers bad allergies. I strongly recommend to drink it cold.

Prescribed and provided by my ND (naturopathic physician). Read More Read Less
