I took this to help with Menopause symptoms. I took it for 2 weeks and it caused me to have my period after 14 months without. Terrible cramps and bloating. I think it was too strong for me.

I started taking Maca over a year ago due to horrendous hot flashes. Let' me tell you something it works! I have little to no hot flahes and it helps with other perimenopause/PMS symptoms as (mood swings, etc). Love this herb and I'm so glad I found. Can't live without it!

Worked great for ED. Put the manly wood back in my shorts. Nice to feel that confidence. I take 3000 mg. a day in 3 divided doses. Give it about 2 weeks and if you're like me you won't be disappointed! Also, Consumer labs recommended Maca Gold by NurtriGold, Inc. found on Amazon.com. This is my report and results. J.C.

I'm experiencing menopause so Maca Root saved me from all/most of the symptoms. I'm very happy I found it.
