Having Fibromyalgia means most days I had to drag myself out of bed. Started 1/2 tsp Maca powder a fortnight ago in the morning. The results have been astonishing. More energy, brain fog cleared and less pain with increased ability to cope. Just wonderful!

I was very emotional and crying a lot, the doctors on several occasions said depression even though I told them it was due to hormones and prescribed fluoxetine. I began taking Maca 3 weeks ago after reading about it on the net, never been better although not had my period this month, is that the norm?.

After PT, hydrocodone, flexeril etc. my back, hip and shoulder pain was still severe. I got a supplement taken 3x a day containing Maca extract root, cat's claw and boswellia and the pain has subsided from a ten+ to a 2 or 3. It is amazing!
