As per Dr. Oz, I tried this supplement. The dosage that I found made by Solaray, was a 450 mg. capsule. Dr. Oz recommended a dosage of 75-150 mg. I tried it anyway, once per day. After five days, I stopped due to headaches, GI upset, and extreme fatigue. My BP was also high (144/96) which is not typical for me. Hope to return to normal soon.
