Dried oregano as food condiment, or as tea, is once of the most anti-oxidant rich supplements available. Anti-oxidants prevent LDL oxidation. Oxidized LDL is absorbed into macrophage cells that have attached to artery wall damage locations causing flow reduction and eventually severe blockages. I have used oregano oil for tooth aches. I use a syringe and put one or two drops on my tooth. Let sit for ten minutes and spit out. Twice a day and by the second day the pain is gone. I was told it helps with infections and it does.

I've had a history of getting nasty sinus infections since moving to the Pacific Northwest. Nothing I had tried worked in the least bit to put these down.
