I went on the supercharged hormone diet and had to give up coffee. I am drinking dandelion root coffee instead. I buy the chopped root and roast it in the oven for 20 minutes at 350, stirring midway. It tastes wonderful, serves as a liver detox, makes me thirsty for water (which i drink a lot of) and I am finally losing weight after 6 years of trying diets that didn't work. How much is du ... Used to wilt the leaves in the spring as a tonic to cleanse the liver. We gathered dandelion from the timber or woodland.

my family is being treated for bartonella and lyme disease i started making dandelion tea a few months back and the first dat i used it i went to bed that night after drinking 3 glasses of it mixed half and half with sweet tea and i peed 4 times thru the night the next morning i felt like i was 10 years younger.I wasnt sluggish or tired i guess it flushed out my system.which we r already taking pi ...
