    I started taking brewers yeast as a teenager for treating my acne. I continued taking it later, during my university years, as a vit-B supplement. This is the main reason why I continue with my daily breakfast intake of BY.     I'm truly happy with brewers yeast, at age of 56 no grey hair as yet, and I look very young, nice skin no wrinkle.

    I used it because I was so low on energy. Within two days I had more energy and my brain didn't feel as foggy. Within two weeks I noticed my skin wasn't so dry even my feet.
