6 week's I've taken a daily B. Y tab, reason.. Heard it helped Hair growth, it certainly does! Plus many other apparent benefits, not a spot on my face, even around period time, and periods.. Well I had an easy 4 day menstruation.. Very unusual with me.. I shall continue to take B. Y and note what effects it's having on myself.. BREWER'S YEAST is the MAGIC Ingredient of the Lactation Oatmeal Cookies that I made my daughter-in-law. Because bitterness was the #1 complaint I read about Brewer's Yeast, I used the de-bittered TWINLAB brand (not listed here... can be purchased at AMAZON.com or health food stores). I started taking brewers yeast as a teenager for treating my acne. I continued taking it later, during my university years, as a vit-B supplement. This is the main reason why I continue with my daily breakfast intake of BY.
