About 18 months ago I was told I had type II diabetes. I went on one Metformin pill a day and began eating sugar free foods. I had a lot of digestion/bowel problems using the sugar free foods and gradually began including normal foods with sugar in them again. My sugar count went up. I am taking fenugreek + Ajwain + kalijeeri in the ratio 4:2:1 one tea spoon full in the morning and bed time .It is useful for diabetic patients like me . I feel quite energetic and satisfied with this treatment home remedy.

finugreek is very effective in lowering blood sugar, but regular morning brisk walk with mild exercise is a must for proper fitness of the body. Dr. S.P.Bhatnagar Jaipur
