My sister had diabetes more than 20 years ,She has been taking metformin, Glimiperide, Actos and recently januvia .However the blood glucose she checks on evry meals still high . Two months ago her blood test result showed that the kidneys has problem ,her Dr, prescibed insulin for her instead of metformin but blood glucose level still high ( after meal usually more than 200 , fasting :140 .A1C le ... Comment:
curbs appetite and I do not have ups and downs in my blood sugar levels- I take 2 tables of Fenugreek 85 after each meal. I also take other supplements but my source of fenugreek ran out and when I had to do without it I could tell how much benefit I had been deriving from it.

I take this regularly in a supplement called glymetrol.
