    I started taking Fo Ti for help with sleep. I started taking a tincture in tea before bedtime about three months ago. It is difficult to say if it helps me sleep but my hair started growing like a weed.

    I have taken fo ti that was not prepared or the regular capsules. In holistic medicine it is supposed to be prepared with black beans and cured, otherwise might have a laxative effect. I have purchased organic Fo Ti properly cured and it is working to increase vitality.     I have taken FoTi since 1991 when I had a "tennis elbow" ( I had recently purchased a book on Chinese herbs. I am 69 yrs of age and feel 39 (my husband states I also look it.) My husband was diagnosed 3 yrs ago with kidney failure and was advised not to take herbs as he didn't know about them.     3 weeks on this has tremendously HELPED my hot flashes, like gone!! Libido has also increased!! I have more energy and in better mood!! Love it so far. On my way to pick up next bottle.. :)
