Ive been taking astaxanthin for a month, has worked wonders for arthritis of my neck and tendonitis in arms...but wanted to try tart cherry for more muscle endurance...three days of taking it, I sleep a NICE 8 hours again, feel more relaxed..I take 465 mg twice a day...seems the nighttime dose helps me sleep better..waiting to see effects of muscle endurance and more pain relief, seems to be start ... My knees hurt everytime I got up. The tart cherry has been about 90% effective in eliminating this. It is not like a drug that stays in your system You have to take it regularly or it wears off. I take one twice a day. Without any other changes my fasting as well as regular blood glucose level has dropped about 20 points. It's a normal level, around 85-95. Very weird. BUT I feel so tir ... After having gout start in one of my left toes and then later move to my right hip, I came across tart cherry juice(must be concentrate or extract, not straight juice) as a treatment for gout almost accidentally, discovering it first on SUPPLEMENT-GEEK.COM. Began taking Tart Cherry supplements as a last resort to relieve RA pain and so far it is working very well. I am pleasantly surprised!
