I can't tell if bee pollen is performing a miracle on me or what. It seems to be helping me with almost everything, including allergies, blood sugar levels and weight loss. I feel weak and sick, but I think that is because I am detoxifying. The bee pollen is helping me to do that, to detoxify from coffee and cigarettes which I think was the real problem. More energy, overall feel better, have been having wheezing, sinus infections and allergy problems a lot over the past year. Comment:
Bee Pollen has given me a boost in energy and seems to help my mood swings. The only thing that have noticed is a rash on my chest and back in the beginning but seems to be going away. Bee pollen is the only food that I have added to my diet that is different.
