Bee Pollen has given me a boost in energy and seems to help my mood swings. The only thing that have noticed is a rash on my chest and back in the beginning but seems to be going away. Bee pollen is the only food that I have added to my diet that is different.

I typically was going to take the bee pollen for weight loss but have found out that it took my hot flashes away. Yea!!! It took a couple weeks before I noticed a difference. And when I ran out of the bee pollen my hot flashes came back. So now I try to take it all the time, for no hot flashes.
