My blushing was really taking a toll on my social life. I took 2-200mg pills of nature made SAM-e, and a few hours later I was feeling more confident. The next day I took 2 more pills and didn't blush the entir ... Show Full Comment

The AD's were also no longer performing very well. Coincidentally (I thought) I was suffering from the symptoms of Fibromialgia....very badly. I get depression/pmdd/pms around certain times of the month and Tramadol has helped tremendously. I'm on a low dose (50 mg) and only take it a few days a month and it completely stabilizes my mood. I had tried several different hormonal birth control methods before with bad side effects and believe the hormones gave me depression and left me in a brain fog.
