I have had the worst pain in ny left side since taking this product. It is awful. day 4 and I want to stop the side effects, this is not good. bad pain. do not take this if you have ever had IBS, similiar yet WORSE. my worst day evee was day 4. so trash it.....

I took Sam-E for about 2 years. About a year ago, I started noticing moderate stomach problems, weight gain, and bloating. The problems progressively got worse and a couple of months ago, I finally went to the doctor. They are treating me for H-pylori with a very strong antibiotic regimen. I took Sam-E for about 2 years. About a year ago, I started noticing moderate stomach problems, weight gain, and bloating. The problems progressively got worse and a couple of months ago, I finally went to the doctor. They are treating me for H-pylori with a very strong antibiotic regimen. I've taken the treatment twice, but kept taking Sam-E at the same time. I finally wondered if the Sam-E was causing my problems. I stopped taking it about a week ago and I'm beginning to feel better day by day. I'm not completely sure if the Sam-E was causing the problems, but I don't think I'll take it anymore. I don't want to risk the awful stomach problems again.

I started blushing for no reason everywhere I went. I could barley go to the grocery store without blushing (thank god for self checkout), I was even blushing around friends and family. My blushing was really taking a toll on my social life. I took 2-200mg pills of nature made SAM-e, and a few hours later I was feeling more confident.
