I have found it to be effective in keeping depression at bay. I had taken anti-depressants in the past, but their effectiveness was always short lived and then I'd be switching to another. ... All my life I have suffered with Depression and Anxiety on and off. Lately It had gotten so bad that it took every ounce of strength to just get out of bed and shower for work everyday. I was literally in tears by the time I got home and feeling exhausted. I felt like I didn't want to go on anymore with life and wished I could just never wake up. In desperation I called a doctor and made ... Show Full Comment

Although I do not suffer from clinical depression, I find that my general level of energy is improved, appetite is under much better control, and mood is elevated. Good stuff!
