I'm taking medication for blood pressure. I tried taking this green barley 500mg 3x a day. to my surprise my blood pressure went up high that I stop taking it. prior to that my BP was normal. I really dont know whats the reason. This is supposed to lower blood presuure but it was the other way around. I might try the organic powder.
