Use 2 tsp in the morning with water and 2 tsp in the evening to kick start metabolism. Lost 80 pounds 9 months. Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother.

abd.pain and acid reflux. dr.diag. over acid stomach. Took otc drugs for this and decided for long term,not for me. Researched and found vinegar test. Take apple cider vinegar, if acid reacts worse you have over acid, if it helps with pain and acid reflux, its not enough acid. I'm 66 yrs old,been taking it a few yrs now. I keep both regular and organic apple cider vinegar in my kitchen. I was my fruits and vegetables with regular store bought vinegar and the organic variety for consumption. Apple cider vinegar has been especially effective in getting rid of my heartburn as well as the heartburn of a couple of close friends. Mixed with garlic & green tea I lost alot of weight. But can't find just regular vinigar pills now, just in diet form which cost more.
