Comment:
I have been taking 2 tablespoons a day added to iced tea for the last six months. Great results: No nighttime leg cramps and my blood sugar dropped 10 points.

I had toenail fungus and tried other products which didn't work. I read about ACV and had a tablespoon every day with a dash of honey in a glass of water (honey makes it more palatable). After about 6 months the fungus has all gone! I did apply it sometimes directly onto the toenails when I remembered to. Comment:
Acid reflux kept me up at night. Two tablespoons of "Raw Apple Cider Vinegar" at bedtime solved the problem after OTC meds had little effect.

I have been using apple cider every day for my RA seems like it was working in the beginning later on it was not working like before I was drinking 1 tsp. two times a day in water.I stopped taking it now since I am having so much inflammation.
