I have been taking 2 Tbs. in Crystal light green tea for over a year now. I stopped drinking sodas completely. This is all I drink besides coffee. I have lost over 50 lbs. without changing my diet. I have gotten so used to drinking this that the tea doesn't taste right without it.

Used explicitly for muscle cramps in hands, feet, and legs. Drink a mouthful on onset of cramp and relief begins within 2 to 4 mins.

I take my own blood pressure morning and night and it never goes above 120/80. ... Show Full Comment
