    Comment:
ACV is noted as a cure all, so I decided to take it. Since I have been taking it, I have not had any major bouts of illness such as the flu. Joint pain had been reduced. The most dramatic result has been acne. Essentially no acne while taking this (I do take a tumeric capsule with it). If I miss a day or so, I start seeing a few zits.

    Comment:
I started using about 1-2 tablespoon of ACV in a pint glass of pure non-acid juice (as I'm not keen on the taste)as I'd heard about the many health benefits. The benefits are too numerous to mention, but the major one for me has been that my thyroxine medication has been lowered twice since I started taking ACV. Apparently ACV is the only vinegar with turns alkaline (rather than acid) in t ... Show Full Comment
