Used ACV for shingles pain after suffering intense pain for 12 months. After taking 2 tbs. twice per day, the pain decreased by 65% so that I feel alive again and hope to continue to fill better as I take the ACV.

mix with baking soda to form a paste, apply to ringworm, loosely cover and leave for 15 minutes, twice a day. Gets rid of ringworm alot faster than topical anti-fungal creams.

I was told to mix this with water and gargle for a sore throat. This worked better than anything else I tried.
