    Took Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar for six days and had to stop. I developed a rash.

    Urinary problems seem to disappear, I have more energy and is actually very tasty when you mix 2 tbsp of raw lemon juice, 2 tbsp of tupelo honey , 2 tbsp of applecidar vinegar, mix with purified water and ice if desired but not needed, drink with morning meal

    I DEVELOPED A STREPTOCOCCAL INFECTION OF THE THROAT AND IT DID NOT RESPOND TO ANTIBIOTICS. I READ OF A TREATMENT CONSISTING OF 1 TEASPOON OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR IN A GLASS OF WARM WATER TO BE GARGLED AND SWALLOWED THREE TIMES A DAY. i USED THIS FOR 6 MONTHS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TROUBLED WITH THIS PROBLEM AGAIN. PRIOR TO THIS I WAS GETTING STREP THROAT INFECTIONS ON A REGULAR BASIS

    I started taking ACV (Bragg's w/ mother) when I heard it could be used as an appetite suppressant. I was surprised to find that it was a natural sleep aid (I slept so soundly that I felt like I had been drugged) and it helped relieve constipation in a gentle manner.
