Some people say that they have gained weight and are angry because it's a ripoff and they hate it. what they don't understand is that taking the pill is half the battle it helps with your diet and not eat as much but if all you eat is junk and sugar food of course your not going to lose weight and if you can't take the the time to do at least two 15 minute work outs at HOME (NOT A GYM) ... I will start off saying I'm not being paid to write reviews and or try this product. I am trying to lose my extra weight I had accumulated from being pregnant. 4 months postpartum and I still had 20 pounds to shed. Didnt want to try this after seeing horrible reviews.
