This product caused me to have dizziness and migraine headaches. I took it at the beginning of last year and started reporting “mysterious” migraine headaches to the Dr along with what seemed to be vertigo/nausea. 1 had 2 MRI’s and vision test before it occurred to them to ask what kind of vitamins/supplements I had in my diet. It does suppress your appetite, but I’d rather be hungry than h ... Show Full Comment

Taking Garcinia with Green been once or twice a day per amount of food i consumed that day, helped me to reduce couple pounds extra vs not taking that with same daily regimen. I am getting back to it to see if it does the same thing.

Comment:
It may have led to some weight loss, or it could just be a natural fluctuation in my weight. Unfortunately, it upsets my stomach and I tend to misinterpret this discomfort as hunger and then I eat to try to feel better, which defeats the purpose of taking it. Also, it does seem to cause mild headaches and insomnia.
